Refund and cancellation policy
Rules for fees paid toward coaching, document review, interview preparation, and career path consultations.
Scope
This policy applies to paid consultation engagements with Cloudserviceapi for employment consulting in Germany for public sector and municipal job application support. It does not cover goods, subscriptions, or digital downloads — we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement we cannot deliver, or when you cancel within the timeframes below before substantive work begins. Once written feedback or a live session has been delivered for the paid scope, that portion is generally non-refundable.
Timeframe for cancellation by the client
- Full refund — written cancellation at least 5 business days before the first scheduled session or before document review work starts, whichever is earlier.
- Partial refund (50%) — cancellation between 5 and 2 business days before the first session, if preparation has begun but no session has occurred.
- No refund — cancellation within 2 business days of a scheduled session, no-shows, or after a session or written review deliverable has been provided.
Work already started
If we have already reviewed your documents or held a session, fees for completed portions remain payable. Unused future sessions within a multi-session package may be refunded proportionally when cancellation meets the full-refund window for those remaining sessions.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session once without charge if you give at least 2 business days’ notice. Later changes may forfeit that session slot without refund.
Deposits
When a deposit is required to reserve coaching dates, it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits become non-refundable once document preparation has started or within 5 business days of the first session, except when we cancel.
No-shows
Failure to attend a scheduled video or in-person session without timely notice counts as delivery of that session for refund purposes.
Non-refundable items
- Completed document review packages once feedback is sent
- Completed career path summary emails once delivered
- Third-party costs we incur at your written request (for example courier of printed materials), if any
Refund process and timing
Email info@cloudserviceapi.digital with your name, invoice reference, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Exceptions
If illness or emergency prevents attendance, contact us as soon as practicable; we may offer a makeup session instead of a cash refund at our discretion. Statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected where they apply.
